Judgment without due process...

Town Hall debates theater

On the day of the second Presidential debate I would like to share some interesting information.  If you don't know already tonight's debate is a town hall format debate.  Well we all understand what a town hall debate USE to be but it is no longer honest.  We need to bring it back to that time in which candidates were asked to answer questions off the cuff.  It tells us a lot about a candidate by reading their body language and how confident they are when speaking.

I want people to take in that fact that one candidate will have more pressure on them tonight to deliver responsible answers (that sadly will still be ignored by the left).  Many will think that Obama has more pressure on him due to the disastrous past two debates.  I disagree, I feel Obama is coming into this debate on his home field; liberal network, liberal moderator, and history shows liberal leaning questions.  So Mitt Romney will be bombarded with questions from a liberal point of view by 2-1 according to historical patterns of these types of Presidential debates done by the Media Research Center.

Is this a bad thing for Romney?  I don't think so.  I believe when it comes to undecided and independent voters this should benefit Romney; that is if Romney does well with answering these questions.  Over the last year of my research on Romney I have no doubt that Romney will answer these questions responsibly and will not make the "Obama mistake" by giving promises that are impossible to make.

What is a lie?

Over the last few weeks I have seen many Obama supporters calling Romney a liar; Ryan has not missed the bullet either.  I may be silly but I have not seen a flat out blatant lie come out of Romney to this date.  And what Obama supporters are calling lies are actually very subjective such as saying Romney is "lying" about what they will do if they become President.  Tell me this, how can Romney be a liar about something he has not been given the chance to prove?  That means I am a liar because I say the Denver Broncos are going to win the Superbowl.  That doesn't make me a liar, that makes me optimistic.  I also have read and heard Obama supporters say that Romney has flat out lied about Obama failures.  One example that keeps coming up is the 47% comments.  Romney was correct that 47% of American's don't pay taxes, it was his comments about not caring about them that he apologized for.  Another one is his statement that Obama took 90 Billion dollars for Green jobs.  Obama supporters are calling this a flat out lie when in fact it is true.  This is what is called a generalization of the facts because Romney does not have the time gifted to him in order to specifically break down the 90 billion spending.  If you research it for yourself you will find that every dime spent of the 90 billion was for green initiatives.

So to recap...  It is a lie to attempt to change history and then support it with more lies.  Example; Joe Biden stated that he did not vote for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq saying he "was there" and "voted against them" because "no, we cannot afford them".  In fact, Joe Biden did vote for both wars and has been publicly scrutinized for such a lie; but the liberal media let him off easy.  Just recently another lie surfaced out of the Obama camp by saying the High Valley Miners were "required" to participate in the Romney visit or possibly lose their jobs.  Well the 500+ Miners decided to inform the country of the facts by doing a press conference about letters sent to the Obama camp.
But it is not a lie when a candidate has to generalize facts to get a point across which supports my comments that people need to educate themselves and find out the facts behind the generalizations for themselves.

Obama = Romney

This has been driving me nuts lately.  There are people who are adamant that Romney is no different from Obama.  When I ask why, I get two prominent answers, one, because both are rich, two, since they are rich they will float on the money from special interest groups.  Again, Obama has proven that some of this to be true.  But has Romney?  Prove me wrong, because Romney has not given us any reason for me to believe he had not earned his money honestly.  Look folks it is human nature to have special interests, what matters is the moral behind such interests.  I believe Romney has a better balanced interests in mind then a Attorney out of Chicago whose pride won't allow him to admit failure.
So unless you can predict the future.  Or that there is evidence that ties Romney to performing just like Obama, the claim that the two are one in the same is highly subjective and nothing more then a conspiracy theory.  Nobody can debate with those who focus on conspiracies and then justify their actions upon such conspiracy.  It is not a healthy lifestyle.  But hey!  Who am I to judge?  I'm nobody, I just go by what I feel is responsible reasonable logical thinking.

Leadership

Did you know that Obama has not fired/force resignation/replaced anyone in his administration even after all the major failures in his policies?  How is it that Hilary Clinton can keep her job when four American's died in Libya because the State department though a Marine detachment was better served in a city without any threats against our embassy like Paris instead of a Al Qaeda laden Benghazi where the US Ambassador was placed on a Hit list?  Why is Eric Holder still in position after the Fast and Furious scandal was exposed?  This, my readers,  is a proven example of leadership...  Again, something that Romney has not had the chance to show us in a Presidential seat.

Conclusion

All Obama has to run on is his record and this record does not look good at all.  The sad thing about watching the Obama campaign is that neither Obama or Biden are giving recognition to any failures and speaking about how they plan to fix these failures; they sure do get quite defensive though.  Unfortunately for Obama and the American people those failures are majority of Obama's presidential plan.  Tell us Obama, what has failed in your eyes?  Where are the weak spots in your administration that needs to be addressed?    Instead of demanding specifics from a candidate who explained clearly that they won't give, you should be telling us YOUR plans instead.
Lastly, Obama supporters need to stop making themselves look childish by running around calling Romney a liar when he hasn't had the opportunity to prove himself.  Stop running around and acting like you know for a fact of what Romney is going to do if he because President; soothsayers do not exist.

Election Time Countdown!

Hello everyone, I hope your days have been good and I hope you are all looking forward to an election year!  I feel exceptionally good right now because I finished one of my senior classes and have a free week of no homework.  That should be exciting for any student!

Obama's legacy

President Obama is in trouble when it comes to his legacy.  There are only two subjects that has to do with his legacy and those subjects are Obamacare, and being the first African/American to be President.

We already know that Obamacare is becoming more and more contested by private businesses, states, and religious organizations.  So the chance of Obamacare actually becoming a positive legacy is unseen at this time and does not look good for the future of it.

Now obviously being the first African/American President he does not want to only one term, because a President is not looked upon as a successful President if they are only able to serve four years.  Look at Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, Richard Nixon, Herbert Hoover, and so on...  Jimmy Carter is considered a joke in the political atmosphere and is only like by a very small contingency of people.  Gerald Ford was sworn in because of Nixon's impeachment, Nixon was not a very colorful and honest guy.  And then we have Herbert Hoover who is almost forgotten about except by those who live in the "Hoovervilles" tent cities under the highways of California and abroad.  The other reason I believe Obama is going to fight teeth and nail for is to have a positive impact on African/Americans and it will be easily deteriorated if he only serves for one term.

So it is my belief that Obama only cares about one thing... Staying in the spotlight enough in order to strengthen the only legacy he can currently claim credit for; being black in the White House.  During this election process he has ignored more and more time with world leaders in such a contested middle east so he can do a Letterman show as well as the View.  I feel deep down he has a really good chance of losing this election.

Why vote for Obama, I ask...

There are a few reasons as to how I can understand why people are voting for Obama. It is because either their "cool" friends are doing it, The bandwagon has many more empty seats, or people don't want to let go of a black President or too proud to admit he has failed, people are extremist democrats who can't see through the smoke or must choose fueled by animosity, or they are lazy and want the Government to take care of them (freeloaders or entitlement generation).... I can go on and on... But the one thing that I would expect to hear that nobody can explain is... I am voting for Obama on his RECORD, his SUCCESS, or his plan for the next 4 years. See this makes me question a persons ability to stay balanced and make responsible decisions.  I will judge their intellect because it is human nature to do so.  It is a instinctual natural human behavior to evaluate a persons decision making process. This is what makes us understand how people justify such decision making process.  I naturally question anyone's decision they make when I see they are based on confusion or lack of knowledge.  I am an American, I expect that every other American must make responsible educated votes.

Obama's own words....

Obama said, adding: "I'm the first one to confess that the spirit that I brought to Washington, that I wanted to see instituted, where we weren't constantly in a political slugfest but were focused more on problem solving that, you know, I haven't fully accomplished that." Obama said he hasn't "even come close in some cases."
"And, you know, if you ask me what's my biggest disappointment, is that we haven't changed the tone in Washington as much as I would have liked," the president said, adding that "as president I bear responsibility for everything, to some degree."

My business is America...

Imagine this...
You own a business (America) and your business (America) is not doing so well in specific areas that endanger the existence of your business (America).  So as a owner you naturally must look at your leadership, your CEO (The President) is showing signs of failure to address the biggest and most dangerous issues in your business (America).  So as a owner it is your responsibility to replace the CEO (The President) with a fresh face and mind in hopes for a better success rate.  Because it is a CEO (The President) position there are not many options to choose from so you do what any other business owner would do;  hire (vote) the best out of your limited options.  You do so with the understanding that if the new CEO (The President) does not do a satisfactory job, your business (America) cannot afford to wait and must hire (vote) another replacement to do the job.

With all that said above...  Are you one of these people who are responsible when it comes to your "business"?  Or are you someone who rather keep your "business" in danger because you simply just like the current "CEO" regardless if there are not statistics to support success?

Is our government and way of life doomed?...

Part of the reason why our government is doomed is.... wait for it.... wait for it....

Because it is not a federal requirement that every Senior MUST learn and understand how the Federal Government runs and works. For example... I have met people who have know idea how a bill is passed... People don't realize the powers adhered to these government officials.  People are going to the polls without understanding what the Senate or Congress actually do and what their jobs are suppose to be.  I think it should be a requirement that high school seniors must get education and pass a federal sanctioned quiz to keep Teachers from only teaching their political interests.  And then to receive your Associates degree you should be quizzed and that would go for getting a Bachelors degree as well.

We owe it to our country to educate our youth of how this country operates!  We are jeopardizing our country when youth do not know how powerful the Constitution is.   When the kids don't know what the Bill of Rights do.  We owe it to them, our country and ourselves to retain educated votes.  Who can possibly disagree with that?

Here is some field interviews done by Howard Stern about how much people actually know...

Jay Leno made the news with his interviews on civics...
http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-moment-youth/201205/no-joking-our-kids-are-failing-democracy-101

And finally, we need to give term limits to Senators and Congressmen and women; absolutely!  Without term limits we are not seeing the change that is necessary for such a fast pace life we live today.  Fresh faces and minds must be circulated in order for the country to benefit from a multitude of our nations best minds.  I would suspect that this would make sense to every single American except for those who are current Congress and Senate representatives.

We take charcoal and drop it in a bucket of poison to neutralize it, right?  But what happens to that charcoal after awhile?  It becomes saturated in poison too and must be discarded if a person cared.  If one cared they would frequently continue the process until the water is as clean as it could possibly get.  So just like a Congressmen/women and a Senator, they too need to be changed out often so they too don't become saturated in the poison leaking from the word alone "politics".

Conclusion

Those who are supporting Obama, I have faith you know deep down inside that you are voting irresponsibly based on popularity, party lines, racial likeness etc.  Wake up and do your neighbor, friends business a favor and vote with responsibility and education.  Don't jump on the bandwagon, you will regret it just like you have in the past.

NOTE:  If you attempt to call me racist, you will find yourself among the idiots of the world because you have know  clue where I have come from let along who raised me.

Here we go again!...

Well I have not been paying much attention to this blog, as anyone could see by the dates of my posts. But I have been reminded and have been inspired by my brother-in-law to get back to work and continue spewing my venom spit of reason and common sense.

As many of us can tell it is election time again... And so I have a lot to say and many things I want to address. So you will find shortly that majority of my posts will relate to this. Deal with it...

As a reminder I do enjoy discussions and debates... You won't find it unusual to have me respond to comments quite often. But remember once the conversation becomes personal attacks and judgement of character then I put my magical finger on the "delete this garbage" button.

Another thing... Many of you may want to call me a hater... Hate is a very very strong word and there is really only one type of people I hate.... Anyone who harms innocent children regardless of how "evil" they may portray themselves. If you are one of these people, I spit on you...

Well thanks for reading and I look forward to a new year of adventure and my rhetoric... Cheers...

People who have the guts and balls to listen to reason...
