Judgment without due process...

Town Hall debates theater

On the day of the second Presidential debate I would like to share some interesting information.  If you don't know already tonight's debate is a town hall format debate.  Well we all understand what a town hall debate USE to be but it is no longer honest.  We need to bring it back to that time in which candidates were asked to answer questions off the cuff.  It tells us a lot about a candidate by reading their body language and how confident they are when speaking.

I want people to take in that fact that one candidate will have more pressure on them tonight to deliver responsible answers (that sadly will still be ignored by the left).  Many will think that Obama has more pressure on him due to the disastrous past two debates.  I disagree, I feel Obama is coming into this debate on his home field; liberal network, liberal moderator, and history shows liberal leaning questions.  So Mitt Romney will be bombarded with questions from a liberal point of view by 2-1 according to historical patterns of these types of Presidential debates done by the Media Research Center.

Is this a bad thing for Romney?  I don't think so.  I believe when it comes to undecided and independent voters this should benefit Romney; that is if Romney does well with answering these questions.  Over the last year of my research on Romney I have no doubt that Romney will answer these questions responsibly and will not make the "Obama mistake" by giving promises that are impossible to make.

What is a lie?

Over the last few weeks I have seen many Obama supporters calling Romney a liar; Ryan has not missed the bullet either.  I may be silly but I have not seen a flat out blatant lie come out of Romney to this date.  And what Obama supporters are calling lies are actually very subjective such as saying Romney is "lying" about what they will do if they become President.  Tell me this, how can Romney be a liar about something he has not been given the chance to prove?  That means I am a liar because I say the Denver Broncos are going to win the Superbowl.  That doesn't make me a liar, that makes me optimistic.  I also have read and heard Obama supporters say that Romney has flat out lied about Obama failures.  One example that keeps coming up is the 47% comments.  Romney was correct that 47% of American's don't pay taxes, it was his comments about not caring about them that he apologized for.  Another one is his statement that Obama took 90 Billion dollars for Green jobs.  Obama supporters are calling this a flat out lie when in fact it is true.  This is what is called a generalization of the facts because Romney does not have the time gifted to him in order to specifically break down the 90 billion spending.  If you research it for yourself you will find that every dime spent of the 90 billion was for green initiatives.

So to recap...  It is a lie to attempt to change history and then support it with more lies.  Example; Joe Biden stated that he did not vote for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq saying he "was there" and "voted against them" because "no, we cannot afford them".  In fact, Joe Biden did vote for both wars and has been publicly scrutinized for such a lie; but the liberal media let him off easy.  Just recently another lie surfaced out of the Obama camp by saying the High Valley Miners were "required" to participate in the Romney visit or possibly lose their jobs.  Well the 500+ Miners decided to inform the country of the facts by doing a press conference about letters sent to the Obama camp.
But it is not a lie when a candidate has to generalize facts to get a point across which supports my comments that people need to educate themselves and find out the facts behind the generalizations for themselves.

Obama = Romney

This has been driving me nuts lately.  There are people who are adamant that Romney is no different from Obama.  When I ask why, I get two prominent answers, one, because both are rich, two, since they are rich they will float on the money from special interest groups.  Again, Obama has proven that some of this to be true.  But has Romney?  Prove me wrong, because Romney has not given us any reason for me to believe he had not earned his money honestly.  Look folks it is human nature to have special interests, what matters is the moral behind such interests.  I believe Romney has a better balanced interests in mind then a Attorney out of Chicago whose pride won't allow him to admit failure.
So unless you can predict the future.  Or that there is evidence that ties Romney to performing just like Obama, the claim that the two are one in the same is highly subjective and nothing more then a conspiracy theory.  Nobody can debate with those who focus on conspiracies and then justify their actions upon such conspiracy.  It is not a healthy lifestyle.  But hey!  Who am I to judge?  I'm nobody, I just go by what I feel is responsible reasonable logical thinking.

Leadership

Did you know that Obama has not fired/force resignation/replaced anyone in his administration even after all the major failures in his policies?  How is it that Hilary Clinton can keep her job when four American's died in Libya because the State department though a Marine detachment was better served in a city without any threats against our embassy like Paris instead of a Al Qaeda laden Benghazi where the US Ambassador was placed on a Hit list?  Why is Eric Holder still in position after the Fast and Furious scandal was exposed?  This, my readers,  is a proven example of leadership...  Again, something that Romney has not had the chance to show us in a Presidential seat.

Conclusion

All Obama has to run on is his record and this record does not look good at all.  The sad thing about watching the Obama campaign is that neither Obama or Biden are giving recognition to any failures and speaking about how they plan to fix these failures; they sure do get quite defensive though.  Unfortunately for Obama and the American people those failures are majority of Obama's presidential plan.  Tell us Obama, what has failed in your eyes?  Where are the weak spots in your administration that needs to be addressed?    Instead of demanding specifics from a candidate who explained clearly that they won't give, you should be telling us YOUR plans instead.
Lastly, Obama supporters need to stop making themselves look childish by running around calling Romney a liar when he hasn't had the opportunity to prove himself.  Stop running around and acting like you know for a fact of what Romney is going to do if he because President; soothsayers do not exist.

Election Time Countdown!

Hello everyone, I hope your days have been good and I hope you are all looking forward to an election year!  I feel exceptionally good right now because I finished one of my senior classes and have a free week of no homework.  That should be exciting for any student!

Obama's legacy

President Obama is in trouble when it comes to his legacy.  There are only two subjects that has to do with his legacy and those subjects are Obamacare, and being the first African/American to be President.

We already know that Obamacare is becoming more and more contested by private businesses, states, and religious organizations.  So the chance of Obamacare actually becoming a positive legacy is unseen at this time and does not look good for the future of it.

Now obviously being the first African/American President he does not want to only one term, because a President is not looked upon as a successful President if they are only able to serve four years.  Look at Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, Richard Nixon, Herbert Hoover, and so on...  Jimmy Carter is considered a joke in the political atmosphere and is only like by a very small contingency of people.  Gerald Ford was sworn in because of Nixon's impeachment, Nixon was not a very colorful and honest guy.  And then we have Herbert Hoover who is almost forgotten about except by those who live in the "Hoovervilles" tent cities under the highways of California and abroad.  The other reason I believe Obama is going to fight teeth and nail for is to have a positive impact on African/Americans and it will be easily deteriorated if he only serves for one term.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Presidents_of_the_United_States

So it is my belief that Obama only cares about one thing... Staying in the spotlight enough in order to strengthen the only legacy he can currently claim credit for; being black in the White House.  During this election process he has ignored more and more time with world leaders in such a contested middle east so he can do a Letterman show as well as the View.  I feel deep down he has a really good chance of losing this election.

Why vote for Obama, I ask...

There are a few reasons as to how I can understand why people are voting for Obama. It is because either their "cool" friends are doing it, The bandwagon has many more empty seats, or people don't want to let go of a black President or too proud to admit he has failed, people are extremist democrats who can't see through the smoke or must choose fueled by animosity, or they are lazy and want the Government to take care of them (freeloaders or entitlement generation).... I can go on and on... But the one thing that I would expect to hear that nobody can explain is... I am voting for Obama on his RECORD, his SUCCESS, or his plan for the next 4 years. See this makes me question a persons ability to stay balanced and make responsible decisions.  I will judge their intellect because it is human nature to do so.  It is a instinctual natural human behavior to evaluate a persons decision making process. This is what makes us understand how people justify such decision making process.  I naturally question anyone's decision they make when I see they are based on confusion or lack of knowledge.  I am an American, I expect that every other American must make responsible educated votes.

Obama's own words....

Obama said, adding: "I'm the first one to confess that the spirit that I brought to Washington, that I wanted to see instituted, where we weren't constantly in a political slugfest but were focused more on problem solving that, you know, I haven't fully accomplished that." Obama said he hasn't "even come close in some cases."
"And, you know, if you ask me what's my biggest disappointment, is that we haven't changed the tone in Washington as much as I would have liked," the president said, adding that "as president I bear responsibility for everything, to some degree."

My business is America...

Imagine this...
You own a business (America) and your business (America) is not doing so well in specific areas that endanger the existence of your business (America).  So as a owner you naturally must look at your leadership, your CEO (The President) is showing signs of failure to address the biggest and most dangerous issues in your business (America).  So as a owner it is your responsibility to replace the CEO (The President) with a fresh face and mind in hopes for a better success rate.  Because it is a CEO (The President) position there are not many options to choose from so you do what any other business owner would do;  hire (vote) the best out of your limited options.  You do so with the understanding that if the new CEO (The President) does not do a satisfactory job, your business (America) cannot afford to wait and must hire (vote) another replacement to do the job.

With all that said above...  Are you one of these people who are responsible when it comes to your "business"?  Or are you someone who rather keep your "business" in danger because you simply just like the current "CEO" regardless if there are not statistics to support success?

Is our government and way of life doomed?...

Part of the reason why our government is doomed is.... wait for it.... wait for it....

Because it is not a federal requirement that every Senior MUST learn and understand how the Federal Government runs and works. For example... I have met people who have know idea how a bill is passed... People don't realize the powers adhered to these government officials.  People are going to the polls without understanding what the Senate or Congress actually do and what their jobs are suppose to be.  I think it should be a requirement that high school seniors must get education and pass a federal sanctioned quiz to keep Teachers from only teaching their political interests.  And then to receive your Associates degree you should be quizzed and that would go for getting a Bachelors degree as well.

We owe it to our country to educate our youth of how this country operates!  We are jeopardizing our country when youth do not know how powerful the Constitution is.   When the kids don't know what the Bill of Rights do.  We owe it to them, our country and ourselves to retain educated votes.  Who can possibly disagree with that?

Here is some field interviews done by Howard Stern about how much people actually know...

Jay Leno made the news with his interviews on civics...
http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-moment-youth/201205/no-joking-our-kids-are-failing-democracy-101

And finally, we need to give term limits to Senators and Congressmen and women; absolutely!  Without term limits we are not seeing the change that is necessary for such a fast pace life we live today.  Fresh faces and minds must be circulated in order for the country to benefit from a multitude of our nations best minds.  I would suspect that this would make sense to every single American except for those who are current Congress and Senate representatives.

We take charcoal and drop it in a bucket of poison to neutralize it, right?  But what happens to that charcoal after awhile?  It becomes saturated in poison too and must be discarded if a person cared.  If one cared they would frequently continue the process until the water is as clean as it could possibly get.  So just like a Congressmen/women and a Senator, they too need to be changed out often so they too don't become saturated in the poison leaking from the word alone "politics".

Conclusion

Those who are supporting Obama, I have faith you know deep down inside that you are voting irresponsibly based on popularity, party lines, racial likeness etc.  Wake up and do your neighbor, friends business a favor and vote with responsibility and education.  Don't jump on the bandwagon, you will regret it just like you have in the past.

NOTE:  If you attempt to call me racist, you will find yourself among the idiots of the world because you have know  clue where I have come from let along who raised me.

Selfless vs. Selfish; You decide...

President George W. Bush's speech after the capture of Saddam Hussein:
"The success of yesterday's mission is a tribute to our men and women now serving in Iraq . The operation was based on the superb work of intelligence analysts who found the dictator's footprints in a vast country. The operation was carried out with skill and precision by a brave fighting force. Our servicemen and women and our coalition allies have faced many dangers in the hunt for members of the fallen regime, and in their effort to bring hope and freedom to the Iraqi people. Their work continues, and so do the risks. Today, on behalf of the nation, I thank the members of our Armed Forces and I congratulate them!"

Obama's speech after the killing of Bin Laden:
"And so shortly after taking office, I directed Leon Panetta, the Director of the CIA, to make the killing or capture of Bin Laden the top priority of our war against AL Qaeda, even as we continued our broader efforts to disrupt, dismantle, and defeat his network. Then, last August, I was briefed on a possible lead to Bin Laden. It was far from certain, and it took many months to run this thread to ground. I met repeatedly with my national security team as we developed more information about the possibility that we had located Bin Laden hiding within a compound deep inside of Pakistan . And finally, last week, I determined that we had enough intelligence to take action, and I authorized an operation to get Osama Bin Laden and bring him to justice. Today, at my direction, the United States launched a targeted operation against that compound in Abbottabad ,Pakistan ."

Obama did not once acknowledge our brave men and women who fight for our country.

Here is the Obama acknowledgment to the nation...
US President Barack Obama
"Tonight, I can report to the American people and to the world that the United States has conducted an operation that killed Osama Bin Laden, the leader of AL-Qaeda, and a terrorist who's responsible for the murder of thousands of innocent men, women and children. US President Barack Obama confirms the death of Osama Bin Laden For over two decades, Bin Laden has been AL-Qaeda's leader and symbol, and has continued to plot attacks against our country and our friends and allies. The death of Bin Laden marks the most significant achievement to date in our nation's effort to defeat AL-Qaeda. Yet his death does not mark the end of our effort. There's no doubt that AL-Qaeda will continue to pursue attacks against us. We must - and we will - remain vigilant at home and abroad. As we do, we must also reaffirm that the United States is not - and never will be - at war with Islam."

Bush continues to congratulate the troops AND Obama for the killing of Osama.

US President George Bush
"Earlier this evening, President Obama called to inform me that American forces killed Osama bin Laden, the leader of the AL Qaeda network that attacked America on September 11, 2001. I congratulated him and the men and women of our military and intelligence communities who devoted their lives to this mission. They have our everlasting gratitude. This momentous achievement marks a victory for America, for people who seek peace around the world, and for all those who lost loved ones on September 11, 2001. The fight against terror goes on, but tonight America has sent an unmistakable message: No matter how long it takes, justice will be done."

Lastly, we never seen any campaign ad by President Bush taking credit for the capture of Saddam in his re-election run. That is selflessness, Not selfish, as I would describe Obama's handling of the Osama justice by death.

Police Officer Ethics, Abuse of Authority, and Influential Positions

Last summer I have experienced a very unfortunate situation where a Police officer abused his authority to scare me from investigating my daughters principle who also abused his position.

It all started when my daughter was having a real hard time in class due to the size of her 1st grade class (33 students). My daughter was crying every day and having to call me to inform her it was alright.

One morning she was crying in the hallway standing right next to Walt Davenport, the Principle of Central Point Elementary school, and he ignored her crying. When addressing this issue with Walt Davenport and requesting for two options be attempted; allow my daughter to sit in her class before the bell rang (to feel more comfortable with teacher and environment), or change of classroom and teacher (two other classes had less children). He made it clear that he was not going to assist; no transfer to another class etc. But at the same time he flat out lied to me by saying that due to the contract with the Teachers Union, children were "not allowed to be in classrooms before class starts" explaining that the Union requires that the school make this time available for teachers to prepare for class and that they "are not allowed to allow students access to the class". Part of this was correct, the part about having a contract with the Union, EXCEPT the fact the teachers have the right to grant access to students if they choose to. And that the School only has to give the teacher this amount of time and had nothing to do with teachers or the school granting students access to the classroom. This was confirmed by the Superintendent of the district and he stated "That is simply not true" when I told him what Walt Davenport stated.

So now I have caught him in a lie, and discovered that he is not willing to work with Parents or their children in hopes for a better chance of uninterrupted schooling. This on top of his lack in judgement as to addressing my daughters emotional breakdown right in front of him.

Walt even told my daughter that she could no longer call home when she felt scared and insecure. This was told to us by Laurel's teacher on her own will because she "thought we should be aware of Walt Davenports decision".

Naturally, this situation and my experience with Walt led me to investigate myself who this Walt Davenport is... Why should I keep my daughter in his care for approx. 8 hrs of the day? Is this someone my wife and I must be prepared to deal with regarding future situations? Can we and will we support a school who is lead by such a person? Remember his public position allows any citizen the right to review his public record.

I'm going to skip forward to where the abuse picked up again...

I had found out that he was also a reserve police officer for the town of Shady Cove. So I called the court house and stated "I am investigating Walt Davenports public history and would like someone to call me back" on the message machine. When I did get that call back, I spoke to the court clerk, Paula Stroop, and told her again that I was investigating Walt Davenports public history to see if he had been reprimanded for any bad judgement or anything alike. This court clerk decided to call Walt Davenport and inform him that I was researching his background. The court clerk was very resistant in telling me anything and my questions were clearly frustrating her. I actually apologized for her impression because I have been taught in field interviews and to clarify that I was not an investigator and that I was on the path to becoming one. I finally asked "for someone who only had to volunteer approx. 16 hours of service in a months time why would Walt give up such a position?" She responded with "I think it was because Walt just didn't like how things were being done around here". I asked one more time, "Was he let go due to any disciplinary reasons?" and again she stated "not that I am aware of". Ok, so no big deal right? I moved on to my next interview. (Shady Cove Police department was dissolved and is now patrolled by Sheriff deputies)

This is where it got disgusting...

Walt Davenport and the Paula Stroop took it upon themselves to accuse me of impersonating a "State (police) Investigator". Written in the police report states that Officer Griffin "stopped and began a conversation with" Walt Davenport in the parking lot. Walt had discussed with the officer of his and the court clerks story about my pursuit to examine Walt's public past telling the officer that I claimed to be a "State Police Investigator". Officer Griffin took it upon himself to investigate, now note that there was no formal complaint called into the police department. Officer Griffin decided to write me a felony arrest citation (This means it shows on your record that you have been arrested and we all know what a felony can do to anyone!) for Criminal Impersonation after lying about a "recording" of me stating I was a "State investigator". Then also threatened me with a No Stalking Order... Yes a No Stalking Order (I have it on video). And if one knew the law in which a person could be cited with a no stalking order you would understand that my communication with Walt Davenport was lawful. Walt Davenport is responsible for my daughter 8 hrs of the day 5 days a week. This fact justifies my lawful right to contact Walt Davenport as much as it is necessary to address anything situation having to do with my daughter.

I called Officer Griffin back and asked him how he justified threatening me with a No Stalking Order? Officer Griffin stated "There is no No Stalking Order, it does not exist, it never happened". Then threatened me by saying he could give me one if he decided to read the emails between Walt and I. So here we have Officer Griffin who admitted he NEVER read the email conversations between Walt and I, who clearly does not know the Law regarding a No Stalking Order once again belittling me because I am calling him out on his abuse. The conversation ended shortly when Officer Griffin hung up on me after asking him to advise me as to how I am to speak to Walt about my daughter if he is to continue being her Principal. Not very professional at all! By the way, this entire phone conversation I had with him (right after he left my house) never made it to his police report... hmmmmm.....

So an entire year goes by and my wife is stressed out, I am stressed because Officer Griffin, Walt Davenport, and Paula Stroop's actions could jeopardize my job and have long term affects. It is the day before my court date 10/28/2010 and I have not received any formal charges in the mail from the DA. I call the court house and they said the case has been dropped and advised me to confirm it with the DA's office. I was happy and giddy because I told Officer Griffin that there is no way he can prove I impersonated a "State Investigator" just because Paula Stroop said so. The police report was also not approved by Officer Griffin's Sgt. before filing it. So why did he not get it approved? Maybe because he didn't want to hear that he had no case and that maybe doing Mr. Davenport a favor is not good community policing and can be considered abusive?

Of course, the DA had not even filed the case due to no concrete evidence that I ever claimed to be a State Police Investigator. The case had to be dropped and they did.

I have yet filed a formal complaint and choose not to because we know the department will just protect one of their own.

I have an Attorney and since the case was dropped, we are now looking to see if there are or will be any other police abuse of authority.

Money over Consiousness

"Unless the rich liberals get into the game, Obama will be horribly outspent. If if he is outspent, he stands a good chance of losing."

It is a SAD democracy when people are elected by how much they spend instead of how much they care. It is sad when people can only be elected by how big their purse is instead of how big their ideas and passion is.

Bill Maher to me is a blind man though he wants his fans to believe he is all seeing man. When one presses so hard to have a particular existance to others there is a very good chance that this person is hiding their true weakness. Maher who is clearly someone that will not look across the line of political party in hopes to move in a better direction. He is someone that I consider very irresponsible because he only and will only and have always voted along his own party lines.

A Business Will Crumble If Staffed Poorly And So Will America

Ok, so lately I have been witnessing many people who have voted for Obama who also claim to be liberal Democrats becoming increasingly more aggravated and disappointed in their votes.

Understandable, right?

Well naturally this begs the question as to who they will vote for in the 2012 election. Almost all of them said that "sadly", or "unfortunately", they will vote for him again.

Fine, so I had to ask them a series of questions to understand what common sense they use in order to vote for a President that has let them down and did not get the job done as expected.

Here are the questions I asked...

  1. Do you own a business, if so, do you keep an employee on the payroll if they are not able or willing to do the job?
  2. If you as an employee had the sense that you were not grasping the scope of the job be fearful of losing your job?
  3. How many times in your workplace have your witnessed a number of employees being cycled through a particular position until one individual is able and willing to get the job done?
My point was that regardless of party, it is the responsibility of the American people to continue cycling out politicians who are not getting the job done all the way up to the President until we find someone who can get some work done.

This means creating a term limits for Senators and Congressmen and women in order to flush out dead beat politicians. As it stands these seats are being held for decades because simply it has become the norm and many states/districts are not yet motivated enough to understand they are the boss.

This also means if a President does not do what is expected of them or as promised for the American people based on what the American people demand, they too, must be replaced.

Liberal Democrats have the nerve to say to me, "It's only another four years". This infuriates me because with all my questions they all unanimously agreed that those who don't work, can't get the job done, or not willing to work MUST be replaced until a better individual is found.

Obama must go and regardless of party affiliation, American's should be focused on the person, not the party in order to take a gamble on the next four years. We don't have time and we cannot allow a bad employee to continue the madness. The business loses money, production, and time. The country loses money, production, and at this moment most valuable time.

Drop the political party non-sense for this next election and all elections to come. And instead do your homework, understand the biggest threats and issues in America. Find the individual on either side that has more experience in these areas. When we hire an employee we don't ever dare to do so without reviewing their resume, as it should be for our President and elected officials.

We will never find a "perfect" individual. Every single candidate we experience for the rest of our lives will come with baggage. Good or bad, we must still get someone in there to do the job. If that individual tries to take advantage of the American people with corruption, lies, and abuse then we march down to Pennsylvania Avenue and fire them.

Remember people, you are the boss. We control this country but have slacked off too much in keeping Washington straight. Vote, vote educated and lets get the next person in the Oval Office in 2012, because we don't have time, our rights, money, jobs, economic growth, foreign relations, and production to waste anymore.

Ya dig?

Here we go again!...

Well I have not been paying much attention to this blog, as anyone could see by the dates of my posts. But I have been reminded and have been inspired by my brother-in-law to get back to work and continue spewing my venom spit of reason and common sense.

As many of us can tell it is election time again... And so I have a lot to say and many things I want to address. So you will find shortly that majority of my posts will relate to this. Deal with it...

As a reminder I do enjoy discussions and debates... You won't find it unusual to have me respond to comments quite often. But remember once the conversation becomes personal attacks and judgement of character then I put my magical finger on the "delete this garbage" button.

Another thing... Many of you may want to call me a hater... Hate is a very very strong word and there is really only one type of people I hate.... Anyone who harms innocent children regardless of how "evil" they may portray themselves. If you are one of these people, I spit on you...

Well thanks for reading and I look forward to a new year of adventure and my rhetoric... Cheers...

People who have the guts and balls to listen to reason...
