A Business Will Crumble If Staffed Poorly And So Will America

Ok, so lately I have been witnessing many people who have voted for Obama who also claim to be liberal Democrats becoming increasingly more aggravated and disappointed in their votes.

Understandable, right?

Well naturally this begs the question as to who they will vote for in the 2012 election. Almost all of them said that "sadly", or "unfortunately", they will vote for him again.

Fine, so I had to ask them a series of questions to understand what common sense they use in order to vote for a President that has let them down and did not get the job done as expected.

Here are the questions I asked...

  1. Do you own a business, if so, do you keep an employee on the payroll if they are not able or willing to do the job?
  2. If you as an employee had the sense that you were not grasping the scope of the job be fearful of losing your job?
  3. How many times in your workplace have your witnessed a number of employees being cycled through a particular position until one individual is able and willing to get the job done?
My point was that regardless of party, it is the responsibility of the American people to continue cycling out politicians who are not getting the job done all the way up to the President until we find someone who can get some work done.

This means creating a term limits for Senators and Congressmen and women in order to flush out dead beat politicians. As it stands these seats are being held for decades because simply it has become the norm and many states/districts are not yet motivated enough to understand they are the boss.

This also means if a President does not do what is expected of them or as promised for the American people based on what the American people demand, they too, must be replaced.

Liberal Democrats have the nerve to say to me, "It's only another four years". This infuriates me because with all my questions they all unanimously agreed that those who don't work, can't get the job done, or not willing to work MUST be replaced until a better individual is found.

Obama must go and regardless of party affiliation, American's should be focused on the person, not the party in order to take a gamble on the next four years. We don't have time and we cannot allow a bad employee to continue the madness. The business loses money, production, and time. The country loses money, production, and at this moment most valuable time.

Drop the political party non-sense for this next election and all elections to come. And instead do your homework, understand the biggest threats and issues in America. Find the individual on either side that has more experience in these areas. When we hire an employee we don't ever dare to do so without reviewing their resume, as it should be for our President and elected officials.

We will never find a "perfect" individual. Every single candidate we experience for the rest of our lives will come with baggage. Good or bad, we must still get someone in there to do the job. If that individual tries to take advantage of the American people with corruption, lies, and abuse then we march down to Pennsylvania Avenue and fire them.

Remember people, you are the boss. We control this country but have slacked off too much in keeping Washington straight. Vote, vote educated and lets get the next person in the Oval Office in 2012, because we don't have time, our rights, money, jobs, economic growth, foreign relations, and production to waste anymore.

Ya dig?
